- Return Acceptance Conditions
We accept return requests within 7 days from the date you receive the item. Items eligible for return include:
Products are unused and keep the original packaging and tags.
Items have not been washed or modified.

Shipping costs for returns are borne by the customer unless the item is defective or shipped incorrectly.

Obtaining a Return Authorization:
Customer Service will provide you with a Return Authorization (RA) number and a return address. Please make sure to include this number on the package.
Sending a Return:
Mail the item along with the original packaging to the designated return address. We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure safe delivery of the item.
- Exchange Policy
For exchanges, please follow the same steps as returns. Returned items must meet the return conditions above. Exchanges will not be processed until the original item is received and confirmed to meet the conditions. - Unacceptable Returns
The following will not be eligible for our return policy:
